The TopOMS Shopify app is free, and it always will be. The app is a connector: it links a Shopify store to a TopOMS account. Installing it, connecting a store, and keeping orders, products, inventory and fulfillments in sync carries no charge of any kind. There is no app subscription, no trial that turns into a charge, and nothing is ever billed through Shopify. That holds for everyone, including merchants who already use TopOMS: for them the app is free as well, and stays free.
1. What is free
Everything the Shopify app itself does:
- installing and authorizing the TopOMS app on a Shopify store;
- connecting that store to a TopOMS workspace;
- importing orders and customers, and syncing products, inventory, fulfillments and tracking;
- uninstalling and disconnecting at any time.
The app never asks for payment details, never presents a paid plan for the connector, and makes no charge through the Shopify Billing API. Existing TopOMS customers install and use the app free of charge as well — connecting a Shopify store adds nothing to what they already pay, and never will.
2. What is paid, and by whom
TopOMS is a standalone order management platform. Merchants who choose to run their operations on TopOMS pay for two things, both of which exist independently of Shopify and independently of this app:
- The TopOMS platform subscription - the software itself: order management, warehouse management, invoicing, fiscalization, analytics, and the rest of the platform.
- Shipping labels and postage - the courier cost of every parcel shipped through TopOMS, passed on at the rates below.
These charges are made by TopOMS directly to the merchant, outside of Shopify, under an approved Shopify Billing API exemption. They relate to the TopOMS platform and to courier services, not to the Shopify app. A merchant who installs the Shopify app but does not subscribe to the TopOMS platform is never charged anything.

4. Messaging
Transactional invoicing messages are free on every plan. Beyond those, messaging is charged by usage:
- SMS — 0.03 EUR + VAT per message sent
- Email — 3.00 EUR per 1,000 emails sent
5. Shipping labels and postage
Merchants who ship through a TopOMS courier contract pay the rates below per parcel. Rates depend on parcel weight and on the number of parcels shipped per month, and are shown in RSD.

Shipping prices exclude VAT and include the cash-on-delivery fee. Courier rates change over time; the rates that apply to an account are the ones stated in its TopOMS courier contract. Merchants are free to use their own courier contracts instead, in which case TopOMS charges nothing for shipping.
Merchants who ship through a TopOMS courier contract receive the Ultra plan feature set and 5% credits on SMS, email and AI usage.
6. Currency, VAT and invoicing
Plan prices are displayed in EUR and shipping prices in RSD. Invoices are issued in RSD at the rate stated in the merchant's TopOMS agreement. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Platform subscriptions are billed monthly. Every charge appears as its own line on the TopOMS invoice.
None of these charges pass through Shopify, and none of them apply to the Shopify app, which remains free.
